​Over a three year journey Yasiris went from wheelchair bound to walking thanks to Operation Walk Freedom to Move. ​

When Dr. Duwelius first met Yasisris she was wheelchair bound. To poor to afford the surgeries she needed her outlook on life was pretty dismal. Fast forward 2 years after Dr. Duwelius and the Operation Walk Freedom to Move team preformed the needed surgeries.
